Our four core values: growth, grit, extreme ownership, trusting relationships — guide every aspect of our work with teens and their families. These values shape our therapeutic approach, inform our daily interactions, and drive our commitment to healing.
They are the compass that directs us toward positive change and family reunification.
Grit
We believe that Grit is more than just passion and perseverance. It is courage and resolve. It is strength of character. It is getting back up when we fall down.
Growth
We believe we “grow” or die and that thinking small becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. We always choose growth personally and in relationships, job performance, education and finances.
Trusting Relationships
We listen attentively, speak candidly and treat all others respectfully. Though break is a normal part of relationships, we consistently repair those breaks and form trusting relationships.
Extreme Ownership
We never walk past a problem without fixing it or making sure the problem is addressed correctly. We act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just our own team. We never say, “That’s not my job.”
