Employee Highlight – Bentley Smith
Bentley is a student at SUU studying nutrition. She began working with us in March of 2019. Bentley says she originally decided to apply at The Hope Group because she needed a job and liked the idea of being able to help our young women. “I immediately fell in love with the job and the girls. I have made it my goal to make their residential experience the best I can with fun activities and constant support. I learn so much from the girls that have helped me grow as a person as well. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with these girls and be a part of their life and their treatment.”
”Bentley’s presence in the home has been a phenomenal cornerstone for our peers with the day-to-day deliverables of programming and residential life. I have become very impressed with her work ethic, programming ideas and the amount of effort she puts into ensuring her team is successful in all areas. We as an organization are extremely lucky to have Bentley on the Residential team”
